1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fa222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the fa222 website and services, including all sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, promotional offers, and payment processing facilities made available through fa222.

3. Account Registration

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fa222 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact fa222 support immediately. fa222 offers optional two-step SMS OTP verification for enhanced account security, which you are strongly encouraged to enable.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fa222 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen to serve Bangladesh players effectively. 4.3 Currency

All transactions on the fa222 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All balances, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts displayed in your fa222 account are in BDT. Where a currency conversion is required (for example, when using an international card), the conversion is handled by your card issuer at their prevailing rate; fa222 is not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Changes to Promotions

fa222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a promotion has been claimed and wagering has commenced, the specific terms in place at the time of claiming will continue to apply to that instance of the bonus, unless fa222 determines that fraud or abuse has occurred.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the fa222 platform. Specific game rules for individual casino titles, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets are available within each respective game or market on the platform and should be reviewed before play.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the fa222 system. A confirmation reference number will be issued for every accepted bet. fa222 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of system error, data feed error, or where a bet falls outside permitted staking limits.

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the fa222 platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game title is determined by the respective game provider and is independent of fa222. fa222 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes. 6.4 System Errors and Malfunctions

7. User Obligations

As a registered user of the fa222 platform, you agree to at all times comply with the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• You must not use the fa222 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the funding of illegal activities.
• You must not use any automated software, bot, crawler, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the fa222 platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets, extracting data, or exploiting promotional terms.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the fa222 platform, its servers, databases, or associated systems.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or artificial manipulation of odds or game outcomes.
• You must not use VPN, proxy, or anonymisation technology to circumvent geographical restrictions, identity verification requirements, or account limits imposed by fa222.
• You must treat fa222 support staff and other platform users with respect. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward fa222 staff will result in immediate account closure.
• You must not post, share, or distribute spam, misleading information, or promotional content on behalf of fa222 without prior written authorisation from fa222.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that fa222 bears no responsibility for any financial losses you incur through your betting and gaming activity on the platform.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Either you or fa222 may close your registered account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your fa222 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. 8.2 Closure by fa222

• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• The account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account holder has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of systematic exploitation of the platform;
• The continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the fa222 platform or to other users.

Where fa222 closes an account due to fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms, fa222 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter and transfer relevant funds to the appropriate authorities.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your fa222 account for any reason, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Any bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive account closure — including but not limited to the sections on user obligations, dispute resolution, and liability — will continue to apply following closure.
